The app will say the bus will arrive at your stop in 5 minutes and continue saying that for the next 45 minutes. This app is useless

Havent had to wait any longer than the times Ive been given. Even when considering traffic the busses are usually there when the app says theyll be.

So I used this app almost everyday from going to work in midtown Manhattan to traveling back to my second job to go to kings plaza mall. Its accurate 100%. My only downfall is that the app acts up once in a blue moment saying theres no buses but the bus shows overall you get a 4 out of 5 stars

Ive been using this app for the past year and it has been a huge help. I take the bus a lot in NYC and I hated waiting for a bus that never came. Even the time slots on the bus station were wrong. But this app has been a savior. Rather than waiting for a bus that never came I would take an alternate route. While this app isnt 100% accurate, it is 95% accurate. And thats better than waiting forever for a bus that wont come.

Perhaps better than the MTA bus website, but still leaves a lot to be desired. The watch app sounded promising but doesnt seem to work at all.

I used this everyday - now its stopped working with the 9 update

Great app and very accurate. Love it even more after I found that I can add to the widget in the "Today" pull down. Now l can see all my bus arrival time with a simple down swipe from anywhere. No more needing to unlock, open app, and click bust stops..... Great job.

Ive been using this app for quite time and everything was good but lately Ive been getting error "cannot load bus stops". Ive double checked all settings and followed instructions and still error persists and app is unusable. Will update review to 5 stars once it starts working.

This new release is nice, and I could hardly wait to see if the widget looked different too. Well, it freezes! Cant see the bus times on my notifications screen! Even after turning the phone on and off.

The update makes the app much smoother and clean but I notice that the widget wont respond well now since the app update! Bus arrival is on point, certain times.

PLEASE FIX THIS. IT WAS VERY USEFULL. NOW WITH THIS UPDATE, ITS NOT COMING UP.

This app is so useful for people who rely on the nyc buses. No need to keep peeking around the corner to check for the bus. Can do other things and be confident that you wont get left to wait another 30 minutes. Thanks for the great app.

Great until the latest version which has the broken widget :(

When I try to update it wont install. Cant even delete the app to reinstall it now.

You take something that was perfectly designed and worked flawlessly and you give it a completely new design. FAIL
